The strigoi are evolving, becoming faster. Smarter. Eph struggles to improve his failing bioweapon while trying to work through the emotional fallout of the abduction of his son, Zach. As Setrakian and Quinlan attempt to crack the Lumen’s deepest-held secrets, Fet helps a Navy SEAL team in a deadly mission: search for the Master through the underground tunnels of New York.
Eph continues working on improving the bioweapon and its success rate at killing the vampires has dropped from 100% to 75%. Fet is working alongside the Navy SEALs to eliminate nests of vampires and hoping to find and kill Bolivar, The Master. Setrakian, with the help of Mr. Quinlan, continue in translating the Occido Lumen. Gus has his turned mother chained up in their home, where he feeds her his blood. Kelly goes to her and Eph’s original home in Queens, where Eph has been hiding out hoping Zach will return. She offers Zach in exchange for the Occido Lumen.
